The Top Ten Beach Reads: #1 Little Pink Slips by Sally Koslow

Full disclosure: yes, Gypsy Psychic had the pleasure of meeting the divine Ms. Koslow.

Further disclosure--Gypsy Psychic was dubious. Could this gorgeous, thin, glamorous woman write? Gypsy Psychic hoped not. Gypsy Psychic felt all would not be fair and balanced in this world if Ms. Koslow got to be thin and gorgeous and successful and talented and rich--and got to be a good writer, too.

Full disclosure: Alas, we can hate her; but we cannot hate this book. It's too juicy yummy good. It's the story of how the real Ms. Koslow was fired after a slightly unhinged Rosie O'Donnell took over her magazine, McCalls, and made it into the short-lived Rosie!. Oops, no, it's a FICTIONAL story of how a woman much like the divine (did I mention she's divine, the lucky b%&@?) Ms. Koslow has her magazine, Lucky (much like McCalls) taken over by a woman very much like Rosie O'Donnell but certainly not Rosie O'Donnell and certainly not Sally Koslow and definitely not McCalls or Rosie!.

No, certainly not. This is FICTION, my dearies.

Good, yummy, beach read, well-written (drat!), fun, fun FICTION.

Or not. See what Rosie had to say about Ms. Koslow's book.

Ooh, didn't I tell you Little Pink Slips was fun?

Love and Magic Kisses,

Gypsy Psychic
